My headache is killing me

I have a large, older condo plus it tends to be drafty in the winter time plus overheated in the summer.  Insufficient insulation plus high ceilings cause the heating plus cooling proposal to struggle to maintain an even temperature indoors.  The majority of our budget goes directly to indoor temperature control. The situation is made even worse because the ductwork runs through the attic plus is impacted by the crazy temperatures up there.  The attic tends to be seriously warm plus sticky in the summer, plus frigid and icy cold in the winter. About a year ago, when a heating, ventilation, plus A/C professional was handling the regular repair of the air conditioner, he recommended I upgrade the attic insulation.  His company also specializes in blown-in insulation which minimizes labor-costs, disruption to the condo, plus no extra mess. The blown-in insulation conforms to odd shapes to supply a superior seal. I hired the heating, ventilation, plus A/C specialist to come back in the fall and make sure that the attic is properly insulated plus ventilated, and to my joy the process successfully trimmed thirty percent off our annual utility bills.  The furnace plus air conditioner no longer run for such extensive cycles plus more absolutely manage comfort levels. Because of reducing wear plus tear, I expect the heating plus cooling machine to operate more reliability plus last longer. The upgrade in insulation has also eliminated drafts, warm plus cold spots, plus it also minimized temperature stratification. I’ve observed less complications with excess humidity in the summer, plus the home even feels and smells better.  I don’t need to disinfect as often, because there’s far less dust floating around in the air. Although at this point, I am not looking for other strategies I can take to improve the energy efficiency, comfort plus air quality of our home.
